Annabel Ramsay

Annabel Ramsay is a Clinical Psychologist working in private practice in Ōtautahi who uses EMDR and works with adult clients with trauma backgrounds. She set up the Restore groups in 2023, is an accredited EMDR practitioner, EMDR Consultant in training, and is passionate about using EMDR with individuals and groups.

Octavia Wilson

Octavia Wilson is a Clinical Psychologist in Ōtautahi who works in private practice. Octavia set up EMDR groups for people who have experienced birth trauma in 2019, and she and Annabel have been facilitating groups for Restore since 2023.

Karin Muir

Karin Muir is a Clinical Psychologist working in private practice in Ōtautahi, Christchurch. Karin is an experienced EMDR practitioner and works with adult clients experiencing a range of trauma related difficulties. Karin has been helping Annabel and Octavia facilitate groups with Restore since 2024.

Counsellor

Diane Matsas

Diane Matsas is a Counsellor working in private practice in Ōtautahi. She has previously worked as an Occupational Therapist and Childbirth Educator. Diane works with individuals, youth and families as well as undertaking Sensitive Claims Services counselling. She uses EMDR with adolescents and adult clients within her work. Diane is new to supporting the Restore Groups in 2025.
